Yesterday, my calendar, which is held onto the wall only by 3 thumbtacks at the entrance to my room, randomly fell down while I was in bed, landing face down. I went "meh" and left it alone.
Earlier today, I went to get a bottle of water, and when I re-entered my room to reply to AU, I stepped on one of the thumbtacks attached to my calendar. But I didn't stomp my foot down or anything, and immediately noticed and lifted it, so it only gave me a little poke that didn't even leave a red mark. It hurt for almost exactly 3 seconds then dulled.

... What are you talking about?
