In my case, I am a male, and I've read abt it in the news before..so..yea. Have personally felt a leather belt on me frm biological father too. Not that I'm boasting because I know there are others who have faced worst.. |
yes, but there was a reasons why you deserved to be teached a lesson. because words rather get into the ears in people, and they still doing things that is not acceptable. also, physical pain is used as reminder too. but, if it happen that i'm near and some girl would tell that their parents uses physical force on her, i would beat up father myself : ) |
So, i was in religion class today, and they were reading some story and i wasnt listening, i only caught part of the story and to sum it up it was about some dude whose wife couldnt make a baby so he had sex with his slave and the slave thought she was superior to his wife because she can bear a baby -_- |
To protect the girl, yes. But physical force.. Well. Probably we should switch the topic. In short, tyni has done nothing wrong to deserve that, though its a matter of losing the cool of things. She's always trying her best in everything and for everyone. For that, tyni deserves good things (: @Thanatos: that is from the OT in the bible I suppose? |
it's obvious than. because in earlier ages women who can't give birth was treated as useless. it wasn't everything about pleasure, but more of descendants who would hold heritage when their parents would fade away from world. nothing to be surprised about Quote:

...I think that...being a good parent would be a difficult, but rewarding task...and simply necessary to live as a decent human being...^^ Because, I think physical abuse is a scarring thing...and while your child will learn to get in line, maybe sometimes it's only because the child has become traumatized and fears making mistakes for the rest of their life afterwards, suddenly feeling a massive distance between themselves and the parent who should love them "unconditionally", maybe even feeling pain just thinking about the parent...and causing such misery for someone else is simply inhuman, in my opinion...but I think really it's just when a parent uses abuse to release anger and when the child honestly didn't do anything to deserve the abuse, I guess.. ^^ You wouldn't want someone, especially your child, to break down in tears every single time they even think about you, after all...^^ That's just what I believe, though... |
