It's just I can never find anything that looks good when I end up making something.. I spend more time playing with the brushes and C4D's than I do making the signature. This particular one I'm trying to make.. I just can't find anything to work with it.

Well for me it's practically easy since I take lessons for it, but i'm using it in school for 3D character design (adding textures & other kind of stuff) or making a drawing into a real photo taken by a camera (well you still notice some kind of difference)

This is what I'm doing so far, its absolutely horrible, then again, I wasn't really trying to do anything special... :P

I was half tempted to just use it as it is.
