Yes, my brother has done the same, when we lived together...he punched holes in walls after waking up, terrified, but had no idea what he dreamed of...

...but I rarely have any control in my dreams at all. Even in my dreams, things rush around me without me having any say in what is happening, no matter how hard I try. So, I guess, it really is like another world.
Lately, too, my visions have become even deeper in shade.
