...I think it got a lot better just now, actually...<3

No worries, it's of course not you, and you are not the direct cause of it. I don't understand it, really. I feel like my body is shutting down sometimes, but I just had a massive blow to my stability, worse than ever before, and it's just making me a bit scared...^^

It was the trigger.
It had to have been something I read, it was the trigger. Left me with nothing in my mind yet everything in my mind all at once. It's hard to breathe sometimes...
I'm okay, I think I'll rest tomorrow...but I am perfectly fine, don't worry about that.....ee, I don't even know anymore...

I feel like a similar thing to that which you have written about has happened to me plenty of times throughout my life.
