and it wasnt tha tsudden they knew about the risk a month b4 it happened(last shutdown was back in 90's) but they wait till last minuet to try and deal with stuff its how they have always been (since i can remember about 15yrs)

True, but how they managed it was so poor and unorganized, that it seemed like it was sudden, given the time to think about the possible consequences and drawbacks. But whatevers, I'm more interested on what we're having.

Every country has more-less issues, so, you couldn't completely escape to other places searching for best, but yeah, you can find what suits you more and match your thoughts on how country should be run. But.. everyone can talk about that, not knowing/been in that place themselves.

I guess because it's blatantly obvious that the government needs money, but they don't want to make it sound as bad as it is, again in an attempt to appease the people.
