1. Put the text.
2. Right click the text layer. Click "Alpha to Selection"
3. Create a new layer and put it under the text layer.
4. Click Edit > Stroke Selection
5. Put size to whatever you want then hit "OK"
6. (Optional) You can blur it to give some float effects.

Mine's 2012 Audi R8 Base Coupe. It's really consuming a lot so i'm just leaving it in the garage. I even clean it without even using it. lol

There's no more way other than that. It's tricky but you'll get used to it soon. :P

I did the conversion and it's a bit cheaper here in California. It's pretty expensive over there.
