The Mangekyou Sharingan (Possible Spoilers?)

I just had a weird thought listening to Naruto OSTs and I was wondering about something.

Okay, I assume everyone knows about the Mangekyou Sharingan and how it is brought about by a sad, heart-wrenching event such as the death of a very close relative.

Then we learn in the fight between Itachi and Sasuke that there is a step further and there is an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.

My question is, what if someone non-Uchiha took the eyes of... Madara, for example, would he receive the benefits of the EMS?

Another question on top of that, I assume this part is possible since Tobi did it, would the Rinnegan also be transferred?

well since rennigan is the highest level of the sharingan...he probably would receive the power of the EMS...

I think it would be transferred, since both of those Doujutsu (Eye-jutsu) are of the highest level.

Good questions. He would receive the benefits of the mangekyo sharingan. Take kakashi as the best example for this.

He isn't even an uchiha and he awakened the mangekyo sharingan as obito transferred his sharingan to him prior to his death. Now as for your second question, I'm not so sure about that but I think no. The rinnegan is the ultimate sharingan evolution and you need to be an uchiha to achieve that level of visual jutsu at least that's what I believe. I say I'm not sure because I don't know for a fact if nagato is an uchiha or not. Maybe I'm missing something. :P

Itachi stated and Kakashi showed that just about anyone with a sharingan other than an Uchiha does not meld well with it due to their different chakra natures and bodies and wear out easily from using it. Danzou was able to use both Hashirama's DNA/wood jutsu and all his sharingans because both kept each other's powers balanced and in check. When he used up all his sharingans, hashirama's DNA went haywire and almost killed him. Kakashi was bedridden several times after overusing his copycat and genjutsu techniques and was killed after using Kamui only a few consecutive times. The only exceptions appear to be the uzumakis and senjus because like the uchihas, they are descended from the rikudou. The hyuugas are still an enigma, but the common theory for them is that they were the ones who mated with the rikudou and spawned the uchiha and senju with him, based on Kakashi classifying the uchiha coming from them in the first series and they being the oldest noble clan in Konoha.

Kakashi and Itachi have stated and shown several times that Kakashi is incompatible with the sharingan both in body and spirit. He is able to use it, but it wears him out almost immediately.

That's very debatable, but I can't discuss it since it involves the manga.

It looks like a you missed a few things earlier on.

Nagato was revealed to be an Uzumaki and the Uzumakis were revealed to be distant relatives of the senju and thus the rikudou.

Madara required more than the sharingan to obtain the rinnegan

well yeah...his body cannot really hold but the point is that he did achieved the mangekyo sharingan...

Maybe Kakashi just received his Mangekyou because Tobi did since both eyes are linked?

Now with this new insight on the Uzumaki's, it'd be cool if at the end of Shippuden when the war is done and Naruto beats Sasuke (I hope it doesn't have to come to that but oh well), it'd be cool if he took Sasuke's eyes so that he could be with him forever in some weird yandere way xD

Or did he, considering Obito unlocked it at the exact same time, in the exact same place from the exact same traumatic event.
