To me its all dependent on the relative maturity of people. I know people who are in their mid and late twenties who still act like they're a 14-year-old, sad as it sounds.

In my very simplistic world it's
-18 = kids
18-35 = adults
35+ = holy shit they're old

for me,, its
-13 = kids
13 - 18 = teens(retards, chavs, whatever you fancy)
18 - 40 = adult
40 + = pensioner with an aston martin
