@nyan Sorry to hear that , yeah hopefully you'll calm down by tomorrow, I usually just punch somthing like a wall or just sit in our terrace and get some air when I'm upset. : and I didn't see any bad behaviour there imo.

@ nyan You should try and get some air at a window or at your terrace if you have one, or go to sleep. that usually works. For me I just punch a wall or our terrace rail or get some air.hopefully you feel better * hugs nyan* I'm kind of worried here and concerned.

Being full of anger can be fun in my case knowing I can control it gives me a thrill that I cant explain the pure thought that I can direct 100% pure anger at something when ever I want is like having power over day and night.
