I think they speak similar language and can understand eachother... I mean Dutch and Belgian people...
I remember I met two guys online who contsantly were insulting eachother in Dutch... One guy was from Belgium other Holland xD.

I have yet to figure out if I like Netherlands or Belgium the most.

Netherlands has awesome chocolate (white chocolate)
Belgium has awesome chocolate too (dark)
