From a VN point of view, Little Busters is better then Clannad.
KEY's worst Visual Novel is "Rewrite"

From an anime point of view it's too early to tell, Do note that Clannad, Kanon(2006) were made by Kyoto Animation which have a much higher budget for anime then Little Busters who's made by JC staff.

How good it will be will depend on how JC Staff pulls out the story and doesn't rush it.
