^ oh, I've never heard of a holiday like that, well we have remberance day but that's more for remembering Veterans and Soldiers. They should give ppl the day off for that, but it's not required which to me is dumb, cause it ought to be.

Same here, lol. How far? about an hour to an hour and half drive to the city, the towns closer though, but they only have basic stuff. nothing really there. lol. and ya ppl up here kinda help out cause there's really no one around and if you have a prob then you don't wanna be stuck in it yourself. Alotta ppl hit the ditch with there cars cause of the recent snow, so ppl don't last very long if they have to walk far in the cold and that. It's not too bad yet but it's getting there. Oh It's just like a horror movie...lol. jk.
