just friends and his family, the friends live in the city so they don't have gardens or that. and ya, it's in glass jars and that with all the dill and the brine ect.
oh ya, I see, I had thought it was just for the 2 of them or that. LOL. Do they make anything else? or grow other stuff too? my grandparrents when they were around made tons of stuff, like everything from butter to jam's ect. | Well you could though i don't know how would that help :D

Mmm ye. They grow mostly all vegetables that they and we need here. I mean it's not enough but they grow everything. Strawberries, cherries, apples and so on and so on. From onions to zucchini, salad tomatoes and so on :D They make their own jams too from berries, apples and what not.
And what they make they share with my dad and his two brothers and their families. So ye, they make alot. Though everyone makes something ont their own aswell :)
My other grandparents that had cows made their own butter,cheese, and other things too, though they died 10 years ago so it's been a while since i tasted home made cheese or butter :p |
