Avatar: 7/10. Color of the render/image needs some improvement by adjusting the brightness and contrast. It also requires an effect or two, as it looks a bit plain. I love the red, though :3
Signature: 5/10. The colors of the background and render don't blend as well as they should be. The type of border you used is a no-no. A simple border would look much betterin my opinion. Also, the text needs some work, as gradients can be a bit hard to pull off, and a more detailed font could work, and the border looks quit plain. I'm not too sure about That water effect also, so you can replace it with brushes and stocks.
