I always save as .PNG, as it has the highest quality + transparency :3

The one in my avatar was 794x1047 and my siggy was 727x942
I prefer bigger, but if it's only a little bit I have to up-scale it, it actually doesn't lose quality in Photoshop. I like that. Since it always lost quality in Paint.NET :C

oh ok, but the thing that NyanNyan taught me is that resizing pics actually lose quality. dunno.
but every fecking time i resize my render from a larger size to a smaller one to fit the sig size, it either has pixels showing up, or has a crappy quality >.> i had to put some sharpen/blur to it >.> and its annoying
