Those bastards pretty much monopolize everything and won't open out, unless it's to monopolize an area that has no other providers. I remember my friends in Hull having this problem, another problem they have is that the town council won't cut down the trees that are invading the fucking sidewalks. Mainly because they're too lazy and don't want to pay any extra money unless they have too.
