there are some who likes you... probably more than you think, sure you're not perfect but i for one told you you grew on me after knowing you more :3

just accept that not everyone will like you, you think you need to be liked by everyone but you actually don't, not telling you don't improve yourself but when people like you it should be for your true self, not a fake one...

also sometimes it's not that they don't like you but what you're doing atm

you can improve yourself step by step and work on your relationships after, maybe start by making peace with yourself ?
