Game Masters Needed for MMO

Hello everyone,

Pretty small announcement here as I can not release too much details on the matter but we, Icelex, are looking for a few Game Masters to work on our upcoming MMO game. As I can not release any information on the game that we will be releasing I will actually tell you more about what the Game Masters will be doing and what they are for people who do not know.

What are Game Masters and what do they do?
A Game Master is usually an employee or a player who has been chosen to take up a similar role. A Game Master's duties in an onliine game are to act as a Moderator or customer service representative for an online community. There are variations in a Game Master's duties usually due to the discretion of the publishers.

What are Icelex looking for in their Game Masters
At Icelex we need Game Masters who will take an active role in moderation of the game and who will be able to guide players through the game. Usually Game Masters will be expected to not only help people and sort out problems but to also dish out any punishments to players that have broken any of the rules provided by Icelex. Therefore we need people who are able to make various decisions based on their own judgement of the situation and use the tools provided to help come to this judgement (IE: logs).

How can you apply:
Well, this was the whole point of the thread but I want this slightly different as it will be more of an informal application so I can see who is interested and learn more about the people. There will be a rough guideline that IS NOT necessary to follow but it just shows the kind of replies that I want to see in this thread.

What can you bring to icelex?: I can bring good looks and a bundle of fun.

God, We need more female staff. It's a complete sausage fest in here. Please apply . I joke I joke. Sausage fests are fine but in an honest point of view I believe that actually female staff are quite a bit better in some points than others and we need to expliot these good points that they have...not saying that us guys don't have any good points.

If asked to be a Game Master, what would your work ethic be?: My ethic would be daily checks on the community of game to ensure a peaceful atmosphere in the game.
What con your bring to icelex?: i believe can a bring the kind of open mind and fair judgement needed for a game master.

Extra: I feel i can benefit the developers by being an active as possible role on the game, but it may take a little bit to fully understand how to play the game.

Also i have little social life outside of college which is only 3days a week so i would be able to help around 3 days a week and most evenings.
If asked to be a Game Master, what would your work ethic be?: Be friendly but harsh when necessary, and to take the job seriously.
What can you bring to Icelex?: I can bring hard work and lewd humor.
