So when exactly are they handing out borders? Also, holy god is Lucian broken as heck. People kept crying about him being nerfed to hell, but they were wrong. THEY WERE ALL SO VERY WRONG. Just get a yommu's, then watch as chaos ensues are you.

Didn't they already hand borders out? When I went to check Morgana skin few hours ago, I had a border.

And yea, Lucian is definitely broken. I managed to get penta with him when I played him for the first time xD

Her ult could possibly influence the support meta significantly, making tankier supports come back into the meta to combo with her ult.
Still waiting to see Gnar on the pro scene though.

Edit: Yea, Lucian is still strong. His W was mainly used to proc passive (and sheen if you had tri-force) anyway so losing the scaling (0.2 per bonus AD so stronk) hasn't hurt him and his burst that much.
And the lovely league community tends to nag about every nerf regardless of whether or not they were deserved.

Unless you link with another person, but you won't get the benefit of the w in laning phase if you link with someone else beside the adc.

isnt linked person immune dmg? also it could be used to help jungler initiate if they are slow and wouldnt make it to fight on time, or to save from a gank.

could u imagine a gnar/kalista combo
knockup initiate followed by mega gnars R for more cc then his aoe stun for even more~

I Don't think we'll be seeing much of Gnar in the pro scene, but if you've noticed, he's become a rather popular pick/ban in high diamond/challenger. His kit is more useful in solo-queue, but the only game-changing skill he has is his Mega-Gnar ult, which is too unreliable in the pro scene.

Edit: In EUW, Victorious Morgana skin's been handed out, and so has the Icon, but banners are still something to think about.

Tanky supports are pretty popular anyway. I mean, Leona, Tresh and Braum get picked all the time. I assume that's what people will be picking to combo with her.
