I think they aren't "reseting" mmr at all.
In pre-season u just can increase or decrease it :)
Ofc if u r inactive it will decrease automatically.

Really? i always thought there would be some kind of a soft reset for those with mmr above 1.2k and a hard reset for those below, its to ensure those in bronze can have a clean slate to get out of elo hell no?

Only "good" victorious skin is Janna. However, a free skin is a free skin, and they're all a lot better than vanilla champions.

Also, Lucian is fucking broken.

My first ranked game with him was a total pubstomp. Moar pentas pls
