In LoL playing against bots does give you exp and IP (LoL gold that allows you to buy new champions and other stuff). Btw, when you play vs Bots it's you having 4 other real players on your team vs 5 bots.
All the stuff you talk... it reminds me of LoL so much :D I should check out what is this dota.

well... even though played dota 1 first i AM playing against bots atm. not because i dont have any confidence but because the new shop confuses me. also the multiple skills on a courier, the icons are just confusing so u never know if u r sending the damn thing with items and all to u, the secret shop or idk. although... tbh bad thing about bots is that they dont give u exp... its just as training mode :/
something i do like though is the fact that auto-attacks are much smoother. on dota 1 u would occasionally miss a last hit on a hero or creep because of slowmo auto attacks or delay on skill casting.

But it was fun to read :D I like honest people :p
It's the same in LoL, but you can do it faster. However, playing against other people will take you quite a bit of time before you can do it as you have to reach level 5 first. On the other hand, I don't even recommend playing vs people at first. Much better to practice vs bots :D I didn't play vs people until I was lvl 13.

so the whole thing about me sucking ass at mobas was just unnecessary to write... tell me sooner -_- wasted 5 minutes of my life coming up with that xD
10-15 mins? that sounds pretty fine actually! the dota tut took a veeeeeeeeery long time... before being able to join online matches it taught you how to last hit, how to pick a hero, how to switch between builds, how to put points into skills, how you level up... those kinds of things u can guess by yourself you know, well, it teaches you all that and u basically get 1 tut mission for every 2 of those things, including how to buy items. felt so dumb while going through it lol

You'd be free win MEANS that playing against you is the same as having free win. In other words you would lose badly :p
No lololol. I dunno anything about DOTA but in LoL you pass the tutorial in like 10-15mins and then there are extra some with matches that explain what to do. I think they are pretty good and if you do them all, it's like ~1hour time.

Well there are quite ok tutorials in game that give a brief explanation what are the basics tbh but sure :)

which cute set? i dont think u r refering to the christmas one, right? it would be silly to use it when... well, not in christmas xD
im the other way around, i mean, i like the game and all but macro management is something i suck at and i would always get confused when switching between units and buildings or i would just forget that i had sent my hero + some units to farm exp and they would die the dumbest of deaths possible... also the chance of forgetting i had a city at all is likely to happen xD could take me minutes to figure out that i farmed for 10 minutes without making new units or upgrade buildings... so then i get defeated pretty easily and rage quite lol
yeah, we could try, u could least just show me the basics on a 1 vs 1 round and then i could just learn about the heroes by reading skills :P
