Well for my top worst animes I would say School Days, Seikon no Qwaser, and High school of the dead.

School days -> Meh ending

Seikon no Qwaser and HOTD -> STOP THE ECCHI FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I WANT TO SEE SOME REAL PLOT ಠ_ಠ

Hmmmm......watched the first 10 minutes......it's not acctually worst...is just that the artwork is awful and the story could have been more interesting
