hmmm the wallpaper is quite boring. lack of cool effects, just a background with a render slapped on it.

ah i see it is a sig i just included the larger version out of habit
i was going to stop working at a larger size and scaling down
but my monitor makes 600x150 and 500x150 so small i can't see what i'm doing
anyway regarding that one i think i rushed making it and screwed up
i'm going to try to iron out the problems with it since so many problems are showing up. if all goes well i'll have the new one up in a few days

they're getting better yet......they're missing key elements like depth, composition of effects and such and quality is lacking

yea i know about that for the past few sigs i've been trying to get a handle on how to apply lighting in the sig which i'm having a lot of trouble with so i've been focusing on the lighting a lot trying to figure it out and i keep forgetting the other stuff. i know stupid to let the sig suffer because i can't do one aspect yet but that's my thick head for ya

you wouldn't happen to know any useful lighting tutorials?i've been searching but i haven't found anything of use
