It is a high risk to bail sum one one outta jail, For one you put up cash and sun thing of value that is equal to their bail. The then must show up for their court date or you lose out on both the cash and the item of value. If the person in question is a true friend I may think about helping them only if their crime they are accused of is false charge. To me the risk is too high unless they are innocent.
