Motivation: What helps you get through life?

I would have to say a lot comes from my friends because I know that if I have something bothering me I can tell them and they won't judge me. Also my family most importantly. I also give myself motivation to do things and try to do it to the best of my abilities. I set my own goals and work for them as much as I can.

well when i was like 14 i idnt have any meaning at life i was just going school to see a girl i liked .. i was just living to see this girl now i want to become a marine in U.S.M.C if i fail i will become a computer programmer .. that is my motivation now to become a marine or programmer

Speaking seriously, sex in one form or another has been a motivation for centuries. Men have tended to do all kinds of impressive things for women, from creating art to constructing palaces to fighting wars.

Nothing would get built and civilizations would not have advance if men did not have their "sex drive" as one of their primary motivators.

Anime, video games, other successful & genuine people, change of surroundings, women (a woman, to be precise), friendly rivalry, not feeling tired, weather, seeing progress and most importantly. Making sure that whatever I'm motivated to do, I love doing.

One way I usually get by, is by turning all thought, or anything that has to do with negativity or hate, into fuel. In other words, all the hate and negativity that is thrown towards me, I use it to fuel myself, and push myself. And of course staying positive while doing so.
