Harem and Romance?
Clannad (first season is harem and comedy, second season is drama T_T)
Highschool DxD (unexpectedly good)
High School of the Dead (a lot of people hate it, a lot of people like it)

and of course when it comes to harem, Zero no Tsukaima! :)

For harem you could try Hanasakeru Seishounen.
also try honey and clover, though it's not harem.

Well if you like comedy you should definetly try out sora no otoshimono. It's pretty much a senseless comedy but still one of the funniest i've ever seen.n (it's also combinedwith harem)

If you like harem, romance, animes probably nagasarete airantou would be an option.

For Harem I would go for Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Girls, It's worth watching really, you'll like it.
Some action here and there though, but if you see the specials I doubt that you'll not like it.
