I like how this went from the OP asking about anime tattoos you would get to just any tattoo, I wouldn't really get a anime tattoo.

But probably a quote from a anime like Cowboy Bebop "Your Gonna Carry That Weight." But other then that no cause it may sound like a good idea one moment then the next day you wake up and look in the mirror and you are asking yourself what did I do.

Hmmm... I would never do a tattoo in my entire life. No, just, no.
It's something you do at the time and MAYBE you can regret it later.
And it's difficultier to get a job when you have a tattoo. (I saw it on TV, a guy loved doing tattoo's, but he couldn't find a job, so he had to erase them, which is really painful, I saw that effing sh-t with my eyes, damn, I felt really bad for him...)

It's not even something you can be proud of, I mean "Hey look! I have a tattoo! Pretty cool huh?" Seriously, it's something little punks would do.

You can even get a skin disease or whatever you call it.
So, just NO.

Depends on the type of tattoo. I think if you get something that has a special meeting to it, like maybe the name of pet you has a child that was very dear to you. I don't think an anime tattoo is really necessary to get though.

I've actually thought about the design of a tattoo for a while for my legs. I want to get 3 stars on my right leg and 2 on my left, then I'll fill in something inside each star that has a special meaning in my life. Like I said before, I'd get the name of my childhood dog put inside one, hopefully the name of "the one" put inside one when I meet her. I'd probably get my kids' names put in them when I have kids. Just simple things that have a lot of meaning to me that I hold very dear.

I don't think i'd get an anime tattoo. Unless there was something i could really see myself in, though i doubt that's possible. I like tattoos but most of them are just random stuff that people get for fun with no real meaning behind them. Can't really understand that.
