I am greek and the stereotype I hear about us the most is that we are lazy, my answer to that is "No, it's just me". I don't make a big deal about stereotypes, I receive them and use them jokingly. I don't consinder myself into any groups so that's why they don't affect me that much.

Some of the stereotypes I know

Europeans: afraid of guns, riot everywhere, hairy, socialists, hate Americans.
Southern Europeans: they are all darker skinned, drive dangerously and love to party.
Russians: love video gaming, have lots of sex, vodka, spies.
Brittish: love tea, hate French, they have sexy accent, they love Americans, England is Great Britain, slutty teenagers everywhere, chavs.
French: hate Brittish, don't speak english, French Cousine is good (personally I dislike it), they love wine, parkour, they are upstage.
Dutch: they love cheese and weed, they are rich, they hate Belgish people.
Belgish: they love chocolate and waffles, they are stupid, they hate Dutch people.
Scandinavians: they hate each other, mostly Dans, but also love each other.
Swedish: Hot people.
Norwegians: Rich nerds.
Finnish: Pagans.
Danish: Can't speak english.
German: workaholics, metalheads, they're always mad, beer.
Italians: love pizza and pasta, speak with their hands, mafia.
Irish: drink a lot, they love punk rock.

Americans: they love guns, they love fast food, they are fat and stupid, the "most" christian population in the world, they are bad at geography, capitalists, they hate Europeans and Canadians.
Canadians: they hate Americans, they hate each other, they love hockey, they always say "eh" at the end of a sentence, peaceful hippies.
Mexicans: love their food, sombreros, mustaches and american prisons.
Random Southern American Countries: Drug dealers.

Asians: geniuses, their parents are strict and hard to make proud, they learn to play at least one musical instrument by the age of 5, always carry a camera, hate each other.
Koreans: rival Russians at gaming, love Japan but they don't admit it, "there are two Koreas?!".
Japanese: They are all anime fans, they love THEIR video games, they love sushi, ninjas.
Chinese: make most of our clothes and other stuff, they love rice, communists, they are going to take over the world soon (is this really a stereotype?).

Muslims: Terrorists.
Catholics: Pedophiles.
Jewish: Greedy and rich.
Buddists: Happy fellows.

Men: They are always thinking of sex-... I swear that's not true... not all the time... we love cars, sports and our money as well you know.
Women: Who's going to make me a sandwich?

I think, if I haven't forgotten anything, that's all the stereotypes I know of...
Just to be clear and avoid misunderstandings, I don't believe those, except some that are actually true. If you are offended by statements that weren't meant to be offensive, then you just chose to be offended.

Well I come from the farming land of england so everyone thinks I drive a tractor! I also play rugby so that means people think that I like to take it up the rear. Being a gay is not bad it just not for me :P
Also I have ADHD so that mean I am sterotyped to be a crazy asshole that is always looking to pick a fight
