Highschool DxD

Highschool DxD is one of my fav anime and is quite popular.
It's based on a series of Light Novels by Ishibumi. There are 11 volumes so far and the 12th one is slated for release next week.

The first season of the anime covers only Volumes 1-2 and the manga is behind the anime due to very slow translation. There will most probably be a second season but it hasn't been confirmed yet.

So for those of you who love the anime and want to know the story ( trust me, it gets a million times more better after Raizer's defeat) I'm gonna post links to where you can read the translated light novels in English.

I'm not really sure if this is in the right forum but if it isn't I'm really sorry and maybe some mod would be kind enough to move it to the appropriate section that would be great ^_^

So, anyway only the first 3 volumes have been fully translated which can be found at Baka-tsuki. There are detailed summaries available for the remaining which are hosted in animesuki. These are the links:

n0m@n and zzhk are the summary writers. Zzhk's sig has links to the summaries as well. there are threads for each volume. They both wrote summaries for the earlier volumes before collaborating later on. I suggest you check them both out. I personally found zzhk to give more detailed summaries in the middle volumes. n0m@n is also the guy who's working on translating them over at Baka-tsuki under the name code zero.

So I hope this helps anyone who loves Highschool DxD and would like to read the light novels ^_^
