How do you deal with anger?

I used to enter rage mode all the time when I was younger. But as I got older I matured quite a bit. I listen to music that calms me down and think about other things. Getting stressed out over something that made me angry is not worth it. When I do rage it is impulsive and serious. It has actually made the people I work with have a unique respect for me.

I use to just go off and get into fights or scream and punch walls.

Lately, though, I've found a medication that works and have evened out quite nicely.

I haven't had a fight in around two years~!

Now... I can't remember the last time I was actually angry. I can't tell if the meds are killing my emotions or not, but frankly I don't really care. I like only knowing happiness, annoyance, and indifference. It makes things so simple, and without sadness or anger I'm not as distracted by arbitrary bullshit all the time.

I tend to hold in all of the frustrations of the day and burn them out shooting people on Call of Duty or Gears of War.

joking.....I get onto a game and go kill things to release the tension that's building up before I end up with a migraine headache.

Anyways, I kinda blew out all my anger before 7th grade (which caused me to repeat a year and to be the problem child in all the rest...), so after I don't really get angry. You just need to realize how pointless it is to get angry.
