Light of the Heart[poem]

Bored as fk lol. Wrote this poem randomly, so tired...
music: Not too good with music anymore


Inside you heart lies something great
Bigger than anything in our world
Shining brightly against all odds
Even when the worst is to come

This magnificent light leaves me in awe
Alluring all that feels its warmth
Granting us with hope and faith
Something that makes living worthwhile

But it isn't just something you hold
Its in all of us
Living with us every step of the way
Even when we've turned our back against everything in the world

The proof of our very humanity
The reason we have mercy
Why we can care so much for someone we don't know
Bathing the world in this light

We can achieve anything we wish
Not even the sky can limit us
We can reach beyond the heavens
To where our dreams lie

Don't ever be afraid of this light
This is the guide to your heart
To a place where the future is always bright
So don't cower in fear of the light

Embrace it, except it
Because this radiant shine will never end
Use it to light your life
Open your wings and soar

And I promise you'll never regret it
This light you now hold in your heart

Out of ideas someone suggest me something or die.

What a wonderful poem you made why you are so tired. I have to say that I enjoyed this for it has ever thing I strive to do.Showing the light of love hope and understanding to others is one of the best gifts we can share with each other.Thank you Dragon for this one I was kinda down till I read this. well I liked your poem Dragon,

LOL if your gonna make me chose than I guess I have to Die! lol!

But honestly if your out of idea's than I would suggest trying a different genera or topic,

Is there movies/shows/books that inspire you? maybe like a horror or comedy poem would give you a different look on things, just for creative purpose of course!

how about something geared towards your own AU experience and what you think of it ect..?

well those are just a few topics, if that's what you want to try, Hope it helps Dragon!
