The title is wrong 'Torii Labyrinth" is episode 14 which is the next actual episode but this is episode 13 the recap. This basically throws off the titles for the rest of the series.

It is a drag that they wanted to start the second half of this season with a recap, but as thaiVun pointed out; they did the same with the first season. I recently finished this arc in the manga, and we will need at least another 12 episodes after this recap to tell the entire story. The next three months will be very interesting for this anime, and I am excited.
