Well every people have their own opinion...in my opinion if the creator were to create the same as original then whats the point of re-create this new kyoto arc...they better just shows the original like dragon ball Z kai...this is movie so only the main event is only needed...unlike hunter x hunter since it is a series...to conclude this, its EPIC!!!

no. just no. i understand some changes in original storyline here and there but this episode was ridiculous. this version of the kyoto arc completely destroys character development and therefore drama or any reason to care about them. seijurou's epic battle with kenshin and conflict with his past? non-existent. even yuumi's sacrifice is glossed over. what a waste of resources this re-make was. ugh. bad taste in my mouth. gonna go watch the original to make this go away.
