The numbers are indeed from 1 to 99. Those which are higher than 100 are called Additional Numbers. They are used by Barian World heralds.
As for the episode, it was pretty good. It somehow reminded me of the YU-Gi-Oh episode from the original series in which Shizuka, Jonouchi's sister taker off her bandages. Though that episode seemed more emotional to me than this one.

well if you're still confused about the number 107, then don't worry, im sure the anime will explain it later. Also, im not sure about this, but i don't think the 99 numbers are verified to be numbers 1-99, the could be just 99 random numbers for all we know
